Laugh Therapy ’09 at Class Act

Laugh the night away at this Champaign-Urbana area improv and sketch marathon to benefit cancer research. Performing groups include C-U Theatresports, Spicy Clamato, Zoo Improv, Abe Froman, and Potted Meat.

There is no admission charge, but please donate what you can! Performances begin at 8:00 pm and continue through 11:00 pm, or maybe even later so come any time! There will be a cash bar provided by Boltini Lounge. All proceeds go to the Clifton W. Aldridge Benefit Fund.

Improv Skill-share at the IMC

Free afternoon workshop as part of Independent Media Center’s anniversary celebration. Come join us from 2:00 – 3:00 pm at the IMC in Urbana to learn a few of the basics about this spontaneous art form.

Saturday, December 5 @ The Independent Media Center (Where is it!?), 2:00 pm, free to the public.

Repeal Day Celebration at Boltini Lounge

Each year BOLTINI celebrates the repeal of the 19th amendment with an
REPEAL DAY party. Come join us in your favorite outfit from 1933, dance the Charleston, and Drink...because you can!

Thursday night Improv @ Indi Go

The audience decides what forms or games we use by tossing a die! We never know what we’re gonna do but its never the same show twice! The odds are in your favor, there’s 100% chance you’re gonna laugh.

Thursday, December 10 @ Indi Go, doors open at 7:45 pm, show starts at 8:00 pm. Admission $2

Indi Go is located at 9 E. University Ave., between Neil and Walnut, just south of the city building.

Third Wednesday at the Iron Post

We’re up close and high energy! Our third Wednesday performance at the Iron Post offers nearly two hours of mixed short games and long form improv comedy! That’s a lot of Zoo for your buck! Come early to get a seat.

Wednesday, October 21 @ The Iron Post, 8:00 p.m. Admission $4

We will bring our one-of-a-kind performances to your event. For birthday and retirement parties, we make your honoree the star of the show! We also offer entertainment for business and corporate events including company parties.
